Assistant Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join the team at The Glasshouse in Caulfield East.This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality leader who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in fast-paced venues, and is passionate about delivering great customer experiences while supporting and developing a high-performing team.Working closely with the Venue Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, supporting team leadership, compliance, gaming operations, customer service and overall venue performance.About the VenueCentrally located in Caulfield East right next to the train station and on the edge of Melbourne’s spectacular Caulfield Racecourse, home of the Melbourne Racing Club.The Caulfield Glasshouse is one of the best original pubs in Melbourne.
