Commis Chef

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated full-time Commis Chef to join the team at The Cumberland in Pascoe Vale. If you’re all about good food, good people and a bit of controlled chaos — we’d like to hear from you.You’ll work with a solid kitchen team who know how to get the job done, back each other, and still have a laugh when things get hectic. About Us

What We’re Looking For

  • Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience in the real world)
  • Food Allergens and Do Food Safely Certificate
  • Experience in a busy pub, bistro or high-volume kitchen
