Food and Beverage Attendant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Attendant to join the team at The Cheltenham on a Casual basis. Our venues include bistros, sports bars, function spaces and gaming areas, each focused on delivering great hospitality experiences within their local communities. What You’ll Be DoingWelcoming and seating guests with a friendly, positive attitude Taking orders and delivering food and beverages efficiently Clearing and resetting tables to keep the venue looking its best Maintaining clean and organised service areas Handling transactions accurately using POS systems Working closely with the kitchen and FOH team to keep service running smoothly Creating a great experience for every guest What We’re Looking ForGreat energy and a positive, can-do attitude A love for interacting with people and creating memorable guest experiencesStrong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approachThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential Essential RequirementsResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, or willingness to obtain Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) certification, or willingness to obtainDo Food Safely certification, or willingness to obtain A Role That Keeps You MovingThis is a fast-paced, hands-on hospitality leadership role. About Us

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential 

Essential Requirements

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, or willingness to obtain 
  • Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Do Food Safely certification, or willingness to obtain
