Food and Beverage Attendant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Attendant to join the team at The Cove in Patterson Lakes on a Permanent basis. If you love hospitality, enjoy connecting with people, and take pride in delivering great service, you’ll fit right in! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the action, serving food and drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and helping make every guest’s experience one to remember. You’ll also play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the bistro during service, providing guidance, delegating tasks when needed, and stepping up when the manager is attending to other areas.The Cove Hotel is a premier dining and entertainment venue offering one of the most spectacular water views right on the marina in Patterson Lakes.The bistro offers contemporary casual dining in a relaxed setting; catering to both the traditional indoor style seating, by the fireplace and an enclosed deck area capturing the view of the marina.About UsPegasus Leisure Group (PLG) is the hospitality arm of the Melbourne Racing Club, managing a growing network of 17 pubs, clubs and hospitality venues across Victoria. Essential Requirements

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, or willingness to obtain 
  • Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Do Food Safely certification, or willingness to obtain
