Gaming Attendant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Gaming Attendant to join the team at The Coach in Ringwood on a casual basis.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, providing outstanding customer experiences, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you. About Us

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach
  • Creating a welcoming, safe and enjoyable gaming environment
  • Handling cash and operating tills accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting venue promotions and loyalty program enquiries
  • Responding to customer concerns professionally and escalating where required
  • Maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and ambience of the gaming room
  • Supporting responsible gambling practices and providing information when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Great energy and a positive, can-do attitude
  • A passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Previous gaming or hospitality experience is highly regarded

 

Essential Requirements

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) Certificates
  • Current Gaming Licence
  • Food Safely and Food Allergen certification, or willingness to obtain
