Gaming Attendant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Gaming Attendant to join the team at The Glasshouse in Caulfield East on a casual basis.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, providing outstanding customer experiences, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you.  As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests while delivering exceptional service and maintaining presentation, compliance and responsible gaming standards at all times.Centrally located in Caulfield East right next to the train station and on the edge of Melbourne’s spectacular Caulfield Racecourse, home of the Melbourne Racing Club.The Caulfield Glasshouse is one of the best original pubs in Melbourne. About Us

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach
  • Creating a welcoming, safe and enjoyable gaming environment
  • Handling cash and operating tills accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting venue promotions and loyalty program enquiries
  • Responding to customer concerns professionally and escalating where required
  • Maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and ambience of the gaming room
  • Supporting responsible gambling practices and providing information when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Great energy and a positive, can-do attitude
  • A passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Previous gaming or hospitality experience is highly regarded

 

Essential Requirements

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) Certificates
  • Current Gaming Licence
  • Food Safely and Food Allergen certification, or willingness to obtain
