Gaming Attendant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Gaming Attendant to join the team at Club Leeds in Footscray on a casual basis.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, providing outstanding customer experiences, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you. As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests while delivering exceptional service and maintaining presentation, compliance and responsible gaming standards at all times.Club Leeds is located in the heart of Footscray in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. About Us

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach
  • Creating a welcoming, safe and enjoyable gaming environment
  • Handling cash and operating tills accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting venue promotions and loyalty program enquiries
  • Responding to customer concerns professionally and escalating where required
  • Maintaining the cleanliness, presentation and ambience of the gaming room
  • Supporting responsible gambling practices and providing information when required

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) Certificates
  • Current Gaming Licence
  • Do Food Safely certification, or willingness to obtain
