Sous Chef

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Full Time Sous Chef to join the team at Steeples in Mornington. If you’re all about good food, good people and a bit of controlled chaos — we’d like to hear from you.Join a busy and dynamic kitchen where no two days are the same. As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to lead daily operations, deliver consistently high-quality food, maintain safety and compliance standards, and create great experiences for our guests. Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you'll play a key role in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and a passion for great food are at the heart of what we do.Located on the Mornington Peninsula, Steeples is a dining and entertainment complex situated next to the Mornington Racecourse.Featuring modern facilities including a family friendly bistro, a designated kids play area and an alfresco deck; there are dining experiences for all to enjoy. Essential Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in a professional kitchen, with experience leading or supporting a busy service.
