Sous Chef

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Full Time Sous Chef to join the team at Highways in Springvale. If you’re all about good food, good people and a bit of controlled chaos — we’d like to hear from you.Join a busy and dynamic kitchen where no two days are the same. As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to lead daily operations, deliver consistently high-quality food, maintain safety and compliance standards, and create great experiences for our guests.
