Venue Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Venue Supervisor to join the team at The Coach in Ringwood.This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising the venue during service, supporting the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring the venue operates safely, efficiently and in line with all regulatory and company requirements.Working closely with the Venue Manager, you will lead by example on shift, support and coach team members, maintain high service standards and help drive the venue's operational and financial performance.About the VenueThe Coach is our newly renovated dining and entertainment complex located in the heart of Ringwood.
