Venue Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Full Time Venue Manager to join the PLG team at The Glasshouse in Caulfield East. The successful candidate will have strong leadership capabilities and expert knowledge of current gaming legislation and compliance requirements. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the venue with an emphasis on customer service where you will lead and coach your team, hit all gaming revenue targets including loyalty KPIs, compliance and back-of-house reporting.Centrally located in Caulfield East right next to the train station and on the edge of Melbourne’s spectacular Caulfield Racecourse, home of the Melbourne Racing Club. The Caulfield Glasshouse is one of the best original pubs in Melbourne.
