Assistant Manager – Located in Dromana

Our venues operate a diverse array of hospitality options ranging from state of the art sports bars, Bistros, restaurants and many with relaxing outdoor areas. The Peninsula Club in Dromana has an amazing opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join the team on a full-time permanent basis! As the Assistant Manager you will be assisting the Venue Manager in the day to day running of the venue with a strong emphasis on customer service and leadership. You will ensure all aspects of the business are functioning as they should be whilst mentoring those around you to meet their fullest potential.
