An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Venue Manager to join the team at The Grand Hotel.
To be Successful for this role:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager
- Stock control and management
- Staff management including; rostering, training, performance management
- Coordination, execution and evaluation of promotions
- Hold current RSA, RSF and RSG licences and TAB accredited
