F&B Supervisor – Located in Caroline Springs

This role will be required mainly on weekends and involves taking full responsibility for the Events & Functions operations as well as providing support in the Bistro area during weeks with no functions.What will my responsibilities be?Assist in organising functions including room resets, liaising directly with clients, and communicating with the kitchen team to coordinate food requirementsDrive Food & Beverage sales throughout Bistro & Functions operationsManage and work the functions, ensuring smooth serviceOrganising and coordinating with suppliers for specific functionsWhat are we looking for?Effective time-management skillsSound knowledge around bar & food serviceHave a customer-centric approachExceptional communication skillsSkills & Qualifications:Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG)Food Handlers CertificateCOVID-19 Double Vaccination Status RequiredThe Club is located in the heart of Caroline Springs.
