Food & Beverage Attendant I Dromana

We are looking for a motivated Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join the PLG team at The Peninsula Club. You'll be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, ensuring their experience is enjoyable from start to finish.

Located on Gibson Street, just one street back from the Dromana Pier, the Peninsula Club operates seven days a week from 9am.
With an expanded TAB, outdoor decks, two bars and great staff, the Peninsula Club offers the ideal location for lunch with friends or family.

What will my duties include?

- Ensure all guests receive exceptional customer service, taking their orders, and providing recommendations on food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including dining tables, service stations, and kitchen areas.
- Work effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

What we are looking for:

- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
- Food Handlers Certificate.
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
- Excellent Customer service skills.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
