Our venues operate a diverse array of hospitality options ranging from state of the art sports bars with full wagering facilities, bistros and restaurants many with relaxing outdoor offerings, café areas, private function facilities and retail liquor outlets.With a wealth of industry experience and a progressive business plan that supports venue growth and development, PLG is currently offering unparalleled opportunities for those seeking to further their professional careers in the Hospitality and Gaming Industry.The Gaming Supervisor role will be based at Steeples in Mornington.Located in the picturesque Mornington Peninsula, Steeples offers locals and visitors the perfect destination for dining, entertainment or simply a casual coffee and cake with friends.  With modern facilities including a family friendly bistro, kids play area, an alfresco deck and a large function area; there are places and spaces for everyone to enjoy.  The large outdoor deck is the perfect spot for customers to enjoy a cold drink in the summer months, or a hearty meal when the temperature drops but our heaters are turned up.  The Sports Bar is the go-to spot for punters, or people can have a flutter in the gaming room.  You will be required to be flexible & available for a range of shifts including weekends.To be successful you must be able to demonstrate:Supervising staff & the gaming roomMonitoring gaming operations for the venueMaintaining compliance and responsible gaming practicesDay to day operations of a busy gaming roomSolid cash handling proficiencyStrong work ethic and attention to detailExperience/Knowledge with gaming machines & systemsA "Customer first" approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer serviceQualifications Required:Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG)TAB BasicsCurrent Victorian Gaming Employee LicenceFirst Aid certificateFood Handlers certificate AUD Mornington 3931
