What will my responsibilities be?Support the Head Chef in managing and training a diverse kitchen teamImplement and manage Food Safety PlansPrepare and cook menu as per cooking guidelines and set standardsWork in conjunction with the Head Chef to develop and implement menusAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesIn conjunction with the Head Chef, lead the kitchen and maintain order during service times.
