Sous Chef | Highways

We are currently seeking an experienced full-time Sous Chef who is ready to inspire the kitchen team at PLG's venue Highways in Springvale alongside our Head Chef. Operating as part of the wider Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) group, Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) has an exciting portfolio consisting of 13 hotel and club venues located across greater Melbourne.As part of the kitchen management team, you will have strong leadership and people management skills.
