We are looking for an experienced Casual Venue Supervisor to join the PLG team at The Peninsula Club in Dromana. You'll oversee all areas of the venue to ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Supervise employees during their shifts and offer assistance as needed with monitoring revenue targets and controlling costs.Located on Gibson Street, just one street back from the Dromana Pier, the Peninsula Club operates seven days a week from 9am. With an expanded TAB, outdoor decks, two bars and great staff, the Peninsula Club offers the ideal location for lunch with friends or family.Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) operating as part of The Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) is proud to be recognised as a 2022, 2023 & 2024 Winner of The Australian Business Awards for Employer of Choice.What will my duties include?- Supervise all areas of the venue to ensure smooth and efficient operations, adhering to company policies and procedures. - Ensure employees are allocated to correct areas on shift and labour is well controlled and managed. - Lead and support the team during shifts, providing guidance and addressing issues.
